Get ready for murder, mayhem, and tea time in Brooklyn. Joseph Kesselring’s Arsenic & Old Lace returns to the Jackson stage in a sparkling new production that celebrates our town’s long tradition of community theatre. When drama critic Mortimer Brewster (Josh Griffith) discovers his sweet old aunts (Linda Rode & Rhea Lewis) have been cheerfully poisoning lonely old men, chaos ensues, complete with eccentric relatives, mistaken identities, and plenty of laughs.
Featuring a cast of Jackson’s favorite theatre veterans and incredible new talents, Arsenic & Old Lace marks the first official collaboration between Tumbleweed Creative Arts and Jackson Community Theater, an evening that’s both a homecoming and a new beginning.
Arsenic and Old Lace is presented by special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service, Inc., New York.
Licensing was acquired by Jackson Community Theater / Tumbleweed Creative Arts.
