Attend What You Need
This is a choose-your-own-journey kind of day. You’re welcome to stay for the full experience or just drop in for the sessions that speak to you. No pressure or judgment; just space to reconnect in your own way.
11:00 – 11:45 AM | Music as Medicine
Led by Chelse Wren and featuring live music by Zach Freidhof, this opening session weaves gentle qigong movements into a calming sound bath. Let vibration and breath guide you back to center.
11:45 AM – 12:45 PM | Moving Through Creative Blocks
Explore the intersection of creativity and wellness in this engaging discussion with Chelse Wren, artist, qigong instructor, and women’s-centered coach. Learn tools to release internal resistance and reignite your creative flow.
12:45 – 1:30 PM | Community Connection & Resilience
A lightly facilitated time for dialogue, reflection, and resource sharing. Build bonds with others on the journey and discover strength in shared vulnerability.
1:30 – 2:00 PM | Watercolor for Zen
Close the day with a calming art therapy session guided by Leann Dzemske, ATRLPC. You don’t need to be a “painter”—just come ready to explore color, calm, and expression through watercolor (materials will be provided, but bring your own if you have them!).
